Real Cooking Performance

Seven burners across 625 sq in give you the full heat range: 1,800F sear on the SIZZLE ZONE, 500F grilling on the mains, 350F rotisserie on the rear infrared. Dual-level sear plates vaporize drippings before they flare up, keeping smoke flavor on the food.

SafetyGlow knobs add a visible red halo when a burner is active. Across a full-size patio, you can see burner state at night without flashlights. The Rogue PRO-S sits a tier above the PRO 625 by adding the rear infrared rotisserie and SafetyGlow upgrades.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Rogue PRO-S 625 different from the Rogue PRO 625?

The PRO-S adds the rear infrared rotisserie burner and SafetyGlow knobs. Same main cooking power, plus dedicated rotisserie heat.

What does SafetyGlow do?

A red halo lights up around each active burner knob. Makes burner state visible at night or in dim patio lighting.

Is the rotisserie kit included?

Check your specific SKU. Bundles vary by market. Napoleon lists what's in each box on the product spec sheet.

How does SafetyGlow compare to LED backlit knobs on the standard PRO?

LED knobs illuminate settings in dim light. SafetyGlow signals active flame status. Different features, PRO-S gets SafetyGlow instead of LED.

What does the PRO-S designation mean on this Rogue?

PRO-S is the top Rogue tier, which on the 625 means both an infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner and a rear infrared rotisserie burner, plus stainless steel WAVE grates, giving you searing and rotisserie that the simpler Rogue PRO and base Rogue models do not include. So the PRO-S 625 is the most feature-complete Rogue, sitting just below the Prestige line.

How many people can the Rogue PRO-S 625 cook for?

With seven burners, 625 square inches of primary space, and nearly 1,000 total, it is built for big cooks and frequent entertaining, feeding a large family or party without crowding. The rear rotisserie burner and SIZZLE ZONE add roasting and searing on top of that capacity. It is a lot of grill for the money.

How does the Rogue PRO-S 625 compare to a Prestige grill?

The PRO-S 625 delivers similar burner power, searing, and rotisserie capability to a mid-size Prestige at a lower price, but the Prestige line adds refinements like thicker 9.5mm grates on some models, smart connectivity options, and a stronger warranty. If you want core performance and value, the Rogue PRO-S is excellent; if you want the premium hardware and tech, the Prestige is the step up.

What can I cook with the SIZZLE ZONE and rear rotisserie burner?

The SIZZLE ZONE infrared side burner reaches around 1,800 degrees for a fast steakhouse sear, and the rear infrared burner turns the rotisserie for self-basting whole chickens and roasts. Between them you can crust a steak and roast a bird beyond everyday grilling. They are two of the most rewarding features to learn on this grill.

The Rogue carries a 15-year warranty rather than lifetime. Is that a concern?

Not really. A 15-year warranty is strong coverage and reflects a well-built grill, and it is one of the trade-offs that keeps the Rogue priced below the lifetime-warranted Prestige line. For most owners, 15 years is a long, reassuring stretch of coverage. If lifetime coverage matters most to you, that points you toward the Prestige, but the Rogue PRO-S is built to last well.

Customer Stories

Rated 4.95 across 7,500+ verified reviews.

I'm a backyard smoker who is grateful for companies like DDR BBQ Supply who cares about the customer and goes out their way to make hard to find custom smoker parts and other grilling supplies, then follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied. You can't ask for more than that.

Robert Henson

This is the best thing going. I have an offset smoker and it works amazingly well, saves on charcoal and wood, Keeps the smoker at a set temperature even overnight. Well worth the money I would recommend to anyone.

Richard Williams

It took some time to get the smoker, but DDR stayed in touch with me letting me know the status. Received last week, fired it up over the weekend smoked some pork butts and ribs. With the bbq guru this thing did not fluctuate at all held steady all day long. The outside of the smoker was cool to the touch except around the charcoal chamber, but that still would not hurt you if you touched it. Great if you are worried about kids being around it. Love it so far.

James Booterbaugh

I’m glad I stumbled across this company. Fantastic customer service. Fast shipping, at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my custom order and the whole process. Great company.

Johnny O’Brien

This is a solid product from a great American company super great communication fast shipping love it. I hope to buy something from you in the future.

Jason Brown

Purchased this product for my husband to replace the original grill grate that had burned through. This grill grate from DDR BBQ Supply was a perfect fit (after speaking on the phone with their customer service to insure the exact measurements) and made from much thicker material than the original product. Would not hesitate to order from DDR BBQ Supply again.
