Shipping Information:

We offer FREE shipping on most items within the contiguous United States. Items requiring freight shipping are charged based on current freight rates.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please add items to your cart to view the calculated shipping rate at checkout.

We do not ship items over 1 lb to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for UPS delivery. If a valid address is not provided, your order will not be shipped.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Military addresses, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. Shipping for custom orders is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping costs displayed at checkout are estimates only. If actual freight charges differ, we will contact you with an updated quote. You may choose to approve the new shipping cost or cancel your order for a full refund minus any credit card processing fees.

For all freight shipments:

  • Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
  • If there is visible damage, refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.

Claims cannot be processed if a damaged item is uncrated or accepted at delivery.

All freight-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for claims or damages reported outside of this window.

Replacement Policy:

Replacements for damaged or defective items are issued solely at our discretion based on the photographic evidence provided by the customer. Clear, detailed photos must be submitted within the required reporting timeframe for consideration. We reserve the right to determine if a replacement,

Order Cancellations:

If you choose to cancel an order, please be aware that DDR BBQ Supply reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable credit card processing fees from your refund. These fees are determined by the credit card companies and payment processors, not by DDR BBQ Supply, and are not returned to us even if a transaction is cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus any such fees. Refund processing times are not under our control and are determined both by Shopify and your credit card provider.

Custom Product Dimensions:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions when ordering custom products such as grill grates. If incorrect dimensions are provided, we will not replace the item at no charge. A new item must be purchased with the correct measurements. We do not offer services to measure or estimate dimensions from photos—exact dimensions must be supplied at the time of order.

Sales Terms:

  • All sales are final unless shipping damage is confirmed.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review.
  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable on cancelled orders.
  • All custom orders are final at the time of purchase. Production begins immediately, with time and materials invested upon order placement.
