I bought 2. One for a gift and one to keep. It’s great!!! You have enough room for the whole brisket to trim and then season without making a mess.
Looks great wife wrapped it up for Christmas and I will be cooking a brisket. I have used the Thermapro and it was great
Stores well, multiple uses. For someone with extremely limited space and does a LOT of cooking I use them almost daily.
Only draw back is they didn't send them all in same color. 2 orange and 1 black.
If each size was a different color I could grab my item quickly. But as it is, I'm just OCD about appearance.
As it is, great item. I have referred this to a few friends. Upon checking them out at my house they also ordered and bought them.
