Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes do not apply to cookers, appliances (such as but not limited to grills, smokers, pizza ovens, and griddles), or any item that ships via freight. Coupon codes also do not apply to custom orders. To determine whether a coupon code applies, you must add the item to your cart and enter the coupon code at checkout. If the code is valid for the item, it will apply automatically.

Returns and Cancellations:

At DDR BBQ Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or cancel an order, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase by emailing info@ddrbbqsupply.com or calling 479.330.1114 to initiate the return process.

If you cancel an order at any time, we reserve the right to deduct any payment processing fees that we were charged and that are non-refundable to us before issuing your refund.

Products must be returned in their original packaging unless other arrangements are made in advance. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in resellable condition. If an item is not returned in resellable condition, you will not receive a refund.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days after receipt for your refund to be processed.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. Photographic evidence of damage is required to process any refund, replacement, or return related to product issues.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as food, rubs, or any consumable products)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as soaps, lotions, and colognes)
  • Custom Orders

Exchanges:

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return your original item (following the approved return process) and place a new order for the item you want.

Discounts and Coupons:

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping costs shown at checkout are estimated. If actual freight costs differ from the amount paid, we will contact you with an updated freight estimate. You will have the option to approve the updated charge or cancel the order for a full refund (minus non-refundable credit card processing fees, if applicable).

If your order is delivered via freight, you must:

  • Inspect your shipment immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Refuse delivery if the item is visibly damaged.

We are not responsible for freight damage claims if the item is accepted, uncrated, and later found to be damaged. Claims cannot be processed outside the 24-hour reporting window or after acceptance of a damaged shipment.

Customer Conduct Policy:

We are committed to providing professional, respectful service to every customer. However, verbal abuse, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. Raising your voice, using abusive language, or attempting to pressure our team does not override our posted policies or procedures. We will adhere strictly to our published return, refund, and shipping policies, regardless of the manner in which concerns are raised.
