DDR BBQ Supply Return and Refund Policy

COUPON CODES DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS. Other select items are not part of certain coupons. Custom grill grates and custom orders and not eligible for discounts.

Coupon codes will not be refunded after purchase if they are unused during the checkout process.
At DDR BBQ Supply, we want you to love your purchase. If you have any issues or change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please email us at info@ddrbbqsupply.com. All returns are processed via email only.
We DO NOT accept returns outside of this time frame.
If you decide to cancel an order at any time for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct the payment processing fees that we are charged and which are non-refundable to us before issuing a refund to you. This includes items where you changed your mind or did not mean to purchase said item.
If you cancel an item (this includes all items in our store) while it is already in transit for any reason whatsoever we will not refund you any of the freight or shipping charges on the shipment. This includes the charges to ship the item to you and any charges incurred on our end to have the item returned to us.
We do not refund crating charges on freight items that require crating.
Items that are already being processed for shipping or are already in transit cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever. Chargebacks are considered item cancellation and subject to these terms and conditions. A chargeback in transit will cause us to immediately cancel transit if possible and will incur significant transit charges. If it is not possible to cancel the shipment you will be billed for the all related shipping charges.
In order to get a refund if you decide to cancel an item in transit the item must be returned to us before the refund will be processed. If it is not in resellable condition we will not refund you.
RETURNS:
Products must be returned with their original packaging and with absolutely no damage unless different arrangements are made in advance. Returns are accepted within 14 days of package receipt. We DO NOT accept returns outside of this time frame.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN RESELLABLE CONDITION IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Refund will be issued after the item has been received and inspected at the warehouse. Allow at least 5 business days from receipt of the product at the warehouse for this process to occur.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of damaged items including the box and label to process a refund/replacement/return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, perishable goods (such as food, rubs, any consumable products), custom products (such as but not limited to special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as soaps, lotions & cologne). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All orders take approximately 3 to 5 days to refund. It is possible that your order will have already been mailed if you cancel within this timeframe.
Restocking Fee
Our restocking fee for returnable items is 20%.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Discounts and Coupons
Discounts and coupons don't include grills, smokers, cookers, pizza ovens, griddles, pellet cookers or any other appliance unless noted or there is a special promotion.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping costs are ESTIMATED at checkout. If freight costs vary from what you have paid we will contact you immediately with a freight estimate and give you the option to proceed with the order or receive a full refund. If you have a freight delivery you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery if there is any damage to the product or issues. We are not responsible if you contact us outside of this timeframe.
NOTE: Freight shipments must be refused at time of delivery if there is damage to the item. We cannot process claims if you uncrate the item and know it was damaged at delivery.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
