Real Cooking Performance

Two ceramic infrared burners push 30,000 BTU into the 18-inch cooking zone and hit sear temperature in under 60 seconds. The unit runs fully independent of any adjacent main grill, so high-heat searing and low-heat roasting can happen at the same time without interference.

Radiant heat from the ceramic tiles eliminates hot and cold spots across the grid. Steaks, scallops, and peppers finish evenly without the flare-ups you get from drippings hitting open flame.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this burner need a separate power supply if used standalone?

Yes. Without a 700 Series grill head, you need the N370-1091-SER power supply kit to run the LED knobs.

Can it run at the same time as the main 700 Series grill?

Yes. It's fully independent, both units can fire simultaneously without affecting gas flow or temperature.

What's the minimum cutout depth?

10.25 inches. The unit sits flush with a 21.5 x 24.6 top and needs 18 W x 19.75 D x 10.25 H clearance.

Is this better than a standalone infrared grill?

For outdoor kitchen builds, yes. It dedicates the sear station so your main grill stays free for sides and indirect cooks.

Customer Stories

Rated 4.95 across 7,500+ verified reviews.

I'm a backyard smoker who is grateful for companies like DDR BBQ Supply who cares about the customer and goes out their way to make hard to find custom smoker parts and other grilling supplies, then follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied. You can't ask for more than that.

Robert Henson

This is the best thing going. I have an offset smoker and it works amazingly well, saves on charcoal and wood, Keeps the smoker at a set temperature even overnight. Well worth the money I would recommend to anyone.

Richard Williams

It took some time to get the smoker, but DDR stayed in touch with me letting me know the status. Received last week, fired it up over the weekend smoked some pork butts and ribs. With the bbq guru this thing did not fluctuate at all held steady all day long. The outside of the smoker was cool to the touch except around the charcoal chamber, but that still would not hurt you if you touched it. Great if you are worried about kids being around it. Love it so far.

James Booterbaugh

I’m glad I stumbled across this company. Fantastic customer service. Fast shipping, at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with my custom order and the whole process. Great company.

Johnny O’Brien

This is a solid product from a great American company super great communication fast shipping love it. I hope to buy something from you in the future.

Jason Brown

Purchased this product for my husband to replace the original grill grate that had burned through. This grill grate from DDR BBQ Supply was a perfect fit (after speaking on the phone with their customer service to insure the exact measurements) and made from much thicker material than the original product. Would not hesitate to order from DDR BBQ Supply again.
