What a high quality sprayer . Not to mention value for such a quality product
Thermometer seems to be a good one but doesn't work on Old Country gravity fed smoker. Stem is too short. Would be better if they put the stem length in description. My fault for not checking reviews prior to ordering. Returning it is a pain so I will keep it and find a use for it.

Extremely easy to use and set temp. Lots of room for smoking multiple items. Easy clean and store, no brainer!
Tons of room for smoking! But doesn't take up a lot of space. Love the rack system which utilizes space very well. Temp control is super easy and stays where you set it. No crazy flare ups or temp spikes. Don't waste your money with big box store throw-aways. Get it and make some great food!
I've been using a cheap CharGriller offset for the past 5 years and this is quite the upgrade. The air flow and temperature control is so much easier which allows for cooks to be much more efficient. The quality of the build is 10/10 with no smoke leaks. Excellent craftsmanship.
I tried it on my smoked ribs as the binder and a little add to when I wrapped them. They had a great flavor i can taste.
Never used one of these before. Wow, what a great feature, especially for one of the OC smokers.
I have the OC gravity fed smoker. use the DIGIQ to manage the temperature of the smoker.
Literally, my DIGIQ keeps the temperature at the exact temperature it is set to. Love it. Now my time is spent tweaking the timing and smoking, etc...
I'd 100% buy the DIGIQ again.
BTW, lesson learned, if the temperature is not spinning up to your goal temp within 15 - 20 minutes, then you probably have the valve or door closed and the air is not blowing. oof. the blower should have the smoker at temperature within 20 minutes.

IT Is NOT.
I'm sure the temp gauge works great, but with the insulated wall, the probe does not extend beyond the wall (less than an inch m/l). The temp was always more than 50º off.
For the insulated doors smokers, you'll want 5-6" probe to extend into the cooking space.
It took some time to get the smoker, but DDR stayed in touch with me letting me know the status. Received last week, fired it up over the weekend smoked some pork butts and ribs. With the bbq guru this thing did not fluctuate at all held steady all day long. The outside of the smoker was cool to the touch except around the charcoal chamber, but that still would not hurt you if you touched it. Great if you are worried about kids being around it. Love it so far.

Definitely get the DIGIQ thermometer + blower.
You may want to get a ball valve for the drain.
If you go for a non-digital thermometer, make sure you get a 5-6" stem, the shorter stem thermometers don't extend much beyond the insulation of the door and don't register the temperature accurately. (50º lower on my OC Gravity feed smoker). I removed my thermometer and bought a tel-tru instead . what a waste.
I've added different coasters. 6". much better.
There are several YouTube videos that do walk-throughs on this smoker, including the initial seasoning, and cooking tips that can be useful.
The stem is too short.
Beautiful thermometer, but with the short stem, was consistently measuring 50º LESS than the actual temp of the DIGIQ that I also bought from DDR. Stick with the digital, or find a thermometer with a stem of 6" or more.
Waited a long time to get these, they where so worth the wait.... I so will be ordering more frequently!
The smoker is fine just as advertised. Shipping took 46days.
Very well constructed and will last a long time! The only thing that I wish was different was that the dimensions were added to the site, because I bought it to use in a smoker that I was hoping it would fit, but it didn't. Now I have a water pan that is not usable. If the dimensions had been shown, I wouldn't have gotten it.
I have a Franklin smoker and I was looking for a way to separate the ash from the coal bed, these guys had just what I needed the Idea and execution worked perfectly I still have much to learn but this is part of the fun Thank You
We at Big Bucks BBQ cooked on our smoker for the first time this last weekend. I (Dave) along with my wife Tami were very impressed with it. Had the right cooking space for our opening weekend of our restaurant. Held heat better than others we have used for personal smoking. To be honest we may have to get a second one if things keep going like our first weekend opening. Only question I have is the baffle plates where do we use them? We are still getting it dialed in as far as hotter spots than others. I’m not modifying we have done so fare is add fire brick to the fire box. That was just to hold heat better on a 16 hour brisket cook. We do need sleep lol. We at Big Bucks BBQ give this smoker a 100 out of 10. Extremely satisfied with fast delivery and the extra we got with it. Will definitely be repeat customers for sure. Thank you
