Customer Stories

Rated 4.95 across 7,500+ verified reviews.

I'm a backyard smoker who is grateful for companies like DDR BBQ Supply who cares about the customer and goes out their way to make hard to find custom smoker parts and other grilling supplies, then follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied. You can't ask for more than that.

If I could give 6 stars for customer service, I would. The tray is lovely and as described, but the customer service we received was amazing. There were some difficulties in getting USPS to deliver the gift, and DDR Fabrication worked for over 2 months to figure out how to get it out there, and shipped it again with a different carrier to make sure it got there. 11/10, would recommend

Billie

I bought a smoker that needed some improvements. DDR provided a custom cut grate that matches any requested dimensions. I already have 2 smokes completed with it, and am very happy.

With over 35 years of smoking experience, we started DDR BBQ Supply with a simple goal: to help others cook better barbecue. We've spent decades learning what works and what doesn't, and we apply that knowledge to every product we carry. From high-performance grills and smokers to carefully selected rubs, sauces, and tools, everything we offer is something we believe in and use ourselves. We don’t believe in cutting corners or selling gear we wouldn’t rely on during our own backyard cooks and when we compete in BBQ competitions.
