This grate will fit any grill, smoker, or firebox designed to accept a 38" L x 6" W x 1/2" thick grate. We recommend measuring your existing grate before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
What type of steel is used?
Every custom grill grate is fabricated from durable 3/16" A36 carbon steel and framed to a finished thickness of approximately 1/2 inch for maximum strength and longevity.
Can I cook directly on this grate?
Yes. After seasoning the grate before its first use, it is safe for direct food contact and designed for years of grilling and smoking.
Do you offer stainless steel grill grates?
No. We specialize in heavy-duty A36 carbon steel grates because they provide excellent durability, heat retention, and value for serious BBQ cooks.
How do I prevent rust?
Season your grate before its first use and apply a light coat of cooking oil after each cook. Like all carbon steel, light surface rust is normal if left unprotected and can easily be removed with a grill brush and re-seasoning.
