We at Big Bucks BBQ cooked on our smoker for the first time this last weekend. I (Dave) along with my wife Tami were very impressed with it. Had the right cooking space for our opening weekend of our restaurant. Held heat better than others we have used for personal smoking. To be honest we may have to get a second one if things keep going like our first weekend opening. Only question I have is the baffle plates where do we use them? We are still getting it dialed in as far as hotter spots than others. I’m not modifying we have done so fare is add fire brick to the fire box. That was just to hold heat better on a 16 hour brisket cook. We do need sleep lol. We at Big Bucks BBQ give this smoker a 100 out of 10. Extremely satisfied with fast delivery and the extra we got with it. Will definitely be repeat customers for sure. Thank you
