I've been using a cheap CharGriller offset for the past 5 years and this is quite the upgrade. The air flow and temperature control is so much easier which allows for cooks to be much more efficient. The quality of the build is 10/10 with no smoke leaks. Excellent craftsmanship.

Beautiful charcuterie board! Seller worked with me on a custom size and wording. I really like that it's substantial without being overly heavy. The raised sides will make it easier to move while full without spills. I'm looking forward to using it at upcoming events. It definitely captures my love for Montana!
