If I could give 6 starts for customer service, I would. The tray is lovely and as described, but the customer service we recieved was amazing. There were some difficulties in getting USPS to deliver the gift and DDR Fabrication worked over 2 months to figure out how to get it out there, and shipped it again with a different carrier to make sure it got there. 11/10, would recommend
