Does the pellet bin board stay secure?
Yes. The magnetic base keeps it firmly positioned while still allowing quick removal for pellet refills.
Are the replacement shelves permanent?
No. They function as shelves and can be removed at any time to be used as cutting boards.
How should the boards be cleaned?
Hand wash only. Do not soak. Dry immediately and oil periodically with a food safe conditioner.
