Texas Pecan Halves and Pieces for Your Favorite Recipes
Pecan halves and chopped pieces give you two useful ways to work pecans into everyday cooking. Use halves when appearance matters, such as arranging a pie topping or serving nuts on a snack board. Choose chopped pieces when you want smaller bites distributed through cookies, quick breads, fillings, or salads.
The Millican Pecan Halves & Chopped Pieces Combo includes two 1 lb bags, giving you both cuts without having to choose just one. Keep the halves for snacking and presentation, and reach for the pieces when a recipe calls for chopped pecans.
Caramillicans: Chocolate, Caramel, and Pecan Candy
Millican Pecan Caramillicans are turtle-style confections that combine buttery handmade caramel, crunchy pecans, and chocolate. They offer a contrast of soft caramel and nutty crunch in a rich, sweet treat.
Choose a chocolate variety you already enjoy or explore the combination gift box for an assortment. Individual Caramillicans are also an option when you want to try a treat before choosing a larger box or add a small sweet to another gift.
Candied Pecans and Classic Southern Sweets
For something sweet beyond chocolate, explore Millican Pecan's cinnamon candied pecans, divinity, pralines, and pecan log rolls. Each offers a different texture, making it easier to choose around the recipient's preferences.
- Cinnamon candied pecans: A crunchy option with warm cinnamon-and-sugar flavor.
- Pecan divinity: A soft, fluffy confection contrasted with crunchy pecans.
- Chewy pecan pralines: A caramel-flavored treat for someone who prefers a chewy candy.
- Pecan log rolls: Nougat, caramel, and pecans combined in a traditional Southern sweet.
Try a familiar favorite or select several individual treats to create your own assortment for sharing.
Pecan Pies for Dessert After the Cookout
A pecan dessert makes a fitting finish to a meal of brisket, ribs, chicken, or burgers. Serve small portions alongside coffee, or make a pie the centerpiece of your dessert table.
For chocolate lovers, explore the Millican Pecan Chocolate Pecan Pie, a 9-inch dessert with chocolate chunks, chocolate drizzle, and pecans. The mini Texas pecan pie offers a smaller alternative when you want a compact dessert.
Pecan Gifts for Hosts, Family, Friends, and Coworkers
Millican Pecan gift boxes offer a way to choose a present around someone's favorite flavors. Pick chocolate and caramel for a candy lover, divinity for someone who enjoys traditional Southern sweets, or pecan halves and pieces for a home baker.
