I'm a backyard smoker who is grateful for companies like DDR BBQ Supply who cares about the customer and goes out their way to make hard to find custom smoker parts and other grilling supplies, then follows up after the sale to make sure I'm satisfied. You can't ask for more than that.

If I could give 6 stars for customer service, I would. The tray is lovely and as described, but the customer service we received was amazing. There were some difficulties in getting USPS to deliver the gift, and DDR Fabrication worked over 2 months to figure out how to get it out there, and shipped it again with a different carrier to make sure it got there. 11/10, would recommend

Requested a replacement firebox grate for my offset over under smoker. I provided dimensions and it was perfect! So much better quality than even the original manufacturer’s grate! Will outlast smoker and me both; guess that makes it an heirloom😎
