Great Build = Great Cook

Shipping was fast and easy and so secure. Excellently packaged for shipping and easy to take apart crates on arrival. Seasoned up, and required very little gasket to seal up smoke leakage and added additional thermometers.

1/4” Steel makes a heck of a difference holding temp. Less than 8° difference end to end.

First cook was three racks of ribs and the color was incredible. Uses less fuel and stays consistent more than any smoker I’ve had in the past. This one will be cranking out work for years to come.
