Can the peels be used with any pizza oven?

Are the bamboo peels heat-resistant?
Bamboo peels are meant for transferring pizzas and should not be left inside the oven. Use them to slide your pizza in or out, then remove promptly.
Is the mezzaluna dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing to maintain the sharp edge and longevity of the blade.
Does the stainless steel peel have a wooden handle?
No. The stainless steel peel attaches to the pizza slice server handle for a streamlined design.
