How to Use:
Mix with water or broth per package instructions. Inject evenly into beef cuts several hours before cooking. For best results, inject across the grain to maximize coverage and allow time for flavor absorption before smoking, roasting, or grilling.
Ingredients:
Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Proteins, Salt with Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Cottonseed and Soybean added), Monosodium Glutamate, Beef Flavoring (Beef Stock, Salt, Flavoring), Food Grade Sodium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion
How much injection should I use per brisket?
For a typical 12–15 lb brisket, use about 12–16 ounces of prepared injection, ensuring even distribution throughout the flat and point.
Can I mix this with something other than water?
Yes. You can mix it with low-sodium beef broth or even a blend of broth and Worcestershire sauce to layer more flavor.
Is this injection only for brisket?
No. It also works well with chuck roast, tri-tip, short ribs, and other large beef cuts where internal flavor and moisture matter.
Does this contain MSG?
Yes. Monosodium glutamate is used to enhance the natural savory and umami flavors of the beef once cooked.
Do I need to let the beef rest after injecting?
Yes. Allow at least 2–4 hours for the injection to distribute and absorb into the meat before cooking. Overnight refrigeration is even better.

With over 35 years of smoking experience, we started DDR BBQ Supply with a simple goal: to help others cook better barbecue. We've spent decades learning what works and what doesn't, and we apply that knowledge to every product we carry. From high-performance grills and smokers to carefully selected rubs, sauces, and tools, everything we offer is something we believe in and use ourselves. We don’t believe in cutting corners or selling gear we wouldn’t rely on during our own backyard cooks and when we compete in BBQ competitions.
