Crafted with nutmeg, salt, pepper, dextrose, and other traditional spices, this blend saves you time while delivering authentic, savory sausage flavor.
This 24 oz. seasoning mix is free of silicone dioxide, an anti-caking chemical. If the seasoning clumps, simply shake the container or break up by hand—it’s still good to go. Designed for use with pork and natural hog casings, this mix yields up to 50 lbs. of bratwurst sausage and requires no additional salt.

- 3 whole eggs
- 1 pint fresh milk
- 10 oz. Soy Protein Concentrate (2 cups, unpacked)
- 4 oz. Bratwurst Seasoning
Grind pork through a 3/8" plate. Mix all ingredients thoroughly into meat until evenly blended. Stuff into 32–35 mm hog casings. Freeze any unused sausage.
